Academic Strategy

Having trouble staying on top of your assignments and studying? Zoning out in class and struggling to take effective notes? Academic Strategy sessions can serve a number of purposes ranging from accountability check-ins, to detailed organizational planning, and everything in between. It is recommended that these are utilized as ongoing sessions to see sustained improvement.

These sessions take approximately 1 hour and clients will receive follow-up notes afterward.

Cost: $100 per hour if you have disability funding from Student Aid BC, or another provincial program. If you do not have funding, we operate on a sliding scale.

School & Program Consultation

Trying to weigh your options when it comes to post-secondary education? Confused about what different programs might mean for your future? This consultation service provides expert advice on navigating these big questions, what questions to be asking, and how to weigh your priorities.

This consultation takes approximately 1.5 hours and clients receive the slide deck afterward.

Cost: $150 per session

Bridging & Preparation

What should you be doing to best prepare for your post-secondary journey? Who should you be reaching out to? What questions should you be asking? This consultation session helps students who have been admitted to a post-secondary program and want to take the next step to prepare themselves for what’s ahead.

This consultation takes approximately 1 hour and clients receive the slide deck afterward.

Accessibility Services

Are you a student with a disability? ADHD wreaking havoc on your schooling? Mental health struggles making it difficult to stay on track? Wondering about financial resources? Assistive technology? These advising sessions will help provide a simple framework for students with disabilities to improve their post-secondary experience.

These sessions take approximately 1 hour and clients will receive follow-up notes afterward.
